Swing over to the left coast and you will find conservative talk radio thriving in San Diego, California with three stations. KOGO 600am has their own homegrown talent hosting news, talk and opinion. KFMB 760am has a dazzling array of conservative talk superstars such as Hannity, Beck, Savage and Levin. KCBQ 1170AM airs Limbaugh and Medved.

Conservative radio stations generally avoid adult-themed advertising and tend to promote family values. They also side politically with Republicans and Tea Party Members and even a few moderate Democrats who support tax reduction and are gung ho about the military.
